ACETYL DIPEPTIDE-1 CETYL ESTER
Acetyl Dipeptide-1 Cetyl Ester is the INCI name for the peptide N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosyl-L-Arginine Hexadecyl Ester. This is a neurotransmitter-inhibiting peptide. (1)
Acetyl Dipeptide-1-Cetyl Ester promotes the synthesis of biologically active peptides that actively reduce inflammatory reactions. The peptide thus relieves burning sensations on the skin and inflammation that can occur through exposure to heat, contact with certain skin-irritating substances or mechanical stress. (1) (2)
Acetyl dipeptide-1-cetyl ester can also promote the formation of important proteins in the epidermis and thus help to improve the epidermal skin barrier. (1)
