UGC is user-generated content, i.e. content created by the community itself. We want to present many different personalities on our account to show our products from different angles and offer our community more insights and inspiration. Your real experiences with our products are very valuable for us, but also for the community. Through the UGC content, we want to create a framework in which our community can exchange ideas, find inspiration and discover valuable content.

The UGC upload is voluntary and does not currently provide for any remuneration. The UGC program is specifically designed to share your great first-hand experiences directly with our community - if you feel like it! We are incredibly grateful for your support and look forward to every contribution that gives us and our community real and authentic insights into your individual experience with DR. EMI ARPA SKIN.

We understand that you are eager to share your content with our community! We place great importance on providing you with high-quality and carefully prepared content and would like to point out that the review and planning of the submitted materials may take some time. For this reason, we cannot set an exact time frame for publication. Your contribution is important to us and we will carefully determine the timing of posting accordingly. Thank you for your patience and support!

The decision as to whether you are tagged in the posts is entirely up to you. If you would like to be tagged, you can enter your social media account in the upload process. If not, simply skip this step in the process.

We want you to feel comfortable in your shots and be able to fully express your creativity. There are no specific requirements regarding make-up or clothing. Your personality and your experience with our products are paramount and we look forward to getting to know you. However, to maintain consistency and focus on our brand, we ask that you do not include large brand logos or third-party products in your shots

For an optimal presentation of your content, we recommend good lighting conditions, as this contributes to better video quality. A simple and clean background draws attention to you and the content of your post. If possible, use the rear camera of your phone as it often offers better image quality. Try to position yourself in the center of the screen to ensure clear visibility. 

Yes, of course! We expressly encourage you to contribute your own ideas for the content. Your personal touch and uniqueness are important to us and should be reflected in the content. Your creativity and individuality are crucial for the quality and authenticity of the content and we look forward to your contribution.

However, please note: We would like to point out that any material that contains sexual, violent, illegal or discriminatory content is contrary to our values and will not be published. We are committed to a positive and respectful community and ask for your cooperation to ensure respectful interaction.

We are very happy when our products are at the forefront of your content and there are few distractions. However, there are no restrictions on the use of branded products or logos. We encourage you to be creative and design the content in your own way. Your personal interpretation and individual style are important to us.

We use various social media platforms to present our content and interact with our community. The content is used for both organic and promotional purposes. Our main platforms currently include TikTok and Instagram. In addition, we are also active on Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest to share our content with a wider audience. We look forward to seeing you on these platforms and sharing your posts with our entire community! 

You can submit your content directly via our UGC portal. It is not necessary to send us content via Instagram or email. Our UGC portal offers a simple and efficient way to upload your posts.

To make sure your content matches our desired style, feel free to visit our Instagram page to get an idea of our aesthetic. This can serve as a guide for you. However, we also value your creative perspective and look forward to your ideas and interpretations. The stage is yours!

As we receive a lot of content, we ask for your understanding that we have to prioritize which content is published first. It is possible that your content will be used at a later date. Participation in the UGC program is voluntary and will not be remunerated. If you enter your social media account in the upload process, we will link to you when your post is published. By providing your UGC content, you also offer our community exciting insights and inspiration!

In principle, you are of course free to create and edit your content. However, we advise you to refrain from heavy editing (e.g. using filters), as this can affect the quality of the content. Our team may make slight edits to some of the content after submission, particularly with regard to video editing and background music. Your contributions will be edited with the utmost care.

No, anyone can take part and we are happy to welcome anyone who wants to share their content with us.
