We offer shipping within Germany, across the EU, and to Switzerland.

Shipping is free within Germany or Austria for orders over €60.

For shipments within Europe (EU and non-EU countries), shipping is free for orders over €150.

Our standard shipping fee to Germany is € 4.95.

Our standard shipping fee to Austria is € 5.95.

International shipping to EU countries is 12,95€.

Shipping to Switzerland is CHF 16.

Currently, we do not offer delivery to packing stations.

We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If your order is placed before 12:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed later will be processed the following business day. Please note that during high-demand periods, order processing may take a little longer. Once your order is placed, you will receive an immediate order confirmation via email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Please allow a few hours for tracking information to be updated on the carrier.

Orders within Germany typically arrive within 1-3 business days.

Orders to EU countries usually arrive within 3-5 business days.

Orders outside the EU typically arrive within 5-8 business days.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we kindly ask four your understanding that we do not have control over delays caused by our delivery services. 

Shipping is currently carried out by DPD. Within Germany, we also offer shipping with DHL for an additional charge of €1.50. Returns are also handled by DHL.

We accept Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Master Card, PayPal, immediate transfer and Visa as payment options.

You have 14 days to return your purchase. To initiate your return, please use our returns portal. For returns from Germany and EU countries, please use the proviced return label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your original payment.

The return cost is €5.95 within Germany, €6.95 in Austria, and €12.95 for other EU countries. Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend insuring your return, as we cannot assume responsibility for items sent via private shipping methods.

Once your return has been received and thoroughly inspected, the refund will be processed. This typically occurs within a few business days, but no later than 14 days (depending on your bank institution). 

Please note that the processing time for inspecting your return is already included within this time frame. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

Our logistics center processes orders quickly, so we are unfortunately unable to accomodate changes for most orders. However, if you wish to cancel, please contact our team immediately via hello@dr-emiskin.de with your order details. We will do our best to assist with your cancelation request. However, please note that we cannot guarantee changes can be made after your order has been placed.

Our products are designed and formulated to be suitable for all skin types. 

Cleanser (01), Exfoliating Mask (02), Toner (03) and Moisturizer (05) form the basic routine for every skin type. The Core Collection is the ideal set for all DR EMI ARPA SKIN beginners and forms the basis of a good routine.

The Treat category (04) contains products according to the skin condition. The serums in this category treat specific skin problems and complement the basic routine.

Sensitive skin should always start with a shorter application time (e.g. with Active Acids Exfoliating Mask) or a lower application frequency (e.g. with Absolute A/A+ Retinal Serums).

Yes, all DR. EMI ARPA SKIN products are vegan and cruelty-free. We are also PETA-certified.

Yes, all products are free from perfume, perfume oils or essential oils.

We have developed a system for your skincare routine that will help you with your own personal skincare routine. Each DR. EMI ARPA skincare product is labeled with a number and letter abbreviation and thus assigned to a step in your routine:

01 C for CLEANSE, 02 E for EXFOLIATE, 03 P for PREPARE, 04 T for TREAT, 05 M for MOISTURIZE and 06 D for DEFENCE. You will find these explanations on every folding box. For our current product portfolio, this means

01 CLEANSE - As the first step in your skincare routine, cleanse your facial skin gently but effectively.

• Ten out of Ten Gentle Gel Cleanser: A mild cleanser with nourishing ingredients such as ceramides and allantoin.
  
  

02 EXFOLIATE - The skin regenerates approximately every 28 days, whereby dead skin cells are replaced by new ones. You can support this process with regular, gentle exfoliation.

• Active Acids Exfoliating Mask: AHA, BHA and PHA ensure a smoother complexion and more radiance!
  
  

03 PREPARE - you prepare your skin optimally for the next care steps.

• Essential Essence Skin Balancing Toner: Much more than just a toner, as the essence contains 11% pre- and postbiotics as well as 13 amino acids, allantoin and a slightly exfoliating peptide.

04 TREAT - the special serums and masks now follow as a treatment, with combinations of active ingredients that specifically treat your skin's needs.

• Absolute A or Absolute A+ Retinal Serum: Encapsulated retinal and five peptides as a well-aging solution and effective against pigment spots with 0.1% retinal.
• Serious C Complex Antioxidant Serum: Antioxidant power paired with stable vitamin C derivatives. BFF with SPF!

05 MOISTURIZE - finish your routine by moisturizing the skin.

• Barrier Boost CPA Barrier Cream: a light, fast-absorbing cream with ceramides, peptides, azelaic acid and pre- and postbiotics.

06 DEFENCE - Sun protection always follows in the morning to protect our skin from premature ageing and other UV-related damage.

During pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is recommended to avoid products containing retinoids (e.g. retinal) and hydroxy acids (e.g. AHA). This recommendation is based on current safety assessments. Products from DR. EMI ARPA SKIN that are free from these ingredients can generally be used without hesitation. If you are unsure, we advise you to consult a dermatologist or doctor.

The following products should therefore not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding:

• Absolute A Retinal Serum
• Absolute A+ Retinal Serum

Our skin and lip care products are developed and produced in Germany.

All DR. EMI ARPA SKIN products are labeled with a jar symbol (PAO - Period After Opening), which indicates the period of use after opening. The number in the symbol indicates the shelf life in months. 

Our skin care and lip products have a shelf life of 6 months (6M) after opening.

To ensure quality and effectiveness, we recommend using the products within this period.

In order to meet our internal quality standards, we invest heavily in research and development.
