ACETYL HEXAPEPTIDE-8
Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 (Argireline) is a neurotransmitter-inhibiting peptide that has a well-aging and moisturizing effect. It is thought that Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 may have similar effects to botulinum toxin (Botox) by reducing muscle contractions in the skin. (1) Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 has been shown in studies to increase skin elasticity. (2)
