Radiant Rewards points can only be earned in our webshop at www.dr-emiskin.de. Unfortunately, due to technical reasons, it is not possible to collect points at our retail partners (KaDeWe, Breuninger).

You will receive 1 point for every euro you spend. You can also earn points with certain promotions. Make sure to check your mails and log into your customer account to stay up to date!

Based on your points balance, you will reach a specific level in our RADIANT REWARDS program.

You can redeem your points for our Cozy Cotton Cosmetic Spa Band, the Precision Pro Brush or a value voucher for our spa in the Telegraph Office.

It can take up to 5 days for the new status to be processed and visible in the system.

Your points will be credited immediately after the items have been dispatched.

Your account balance will be automatically adjusted after a return, and the corresponding points will be deducted from your total.
