You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. 

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of revocation expires prematurely if we have only started to execute the contract after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of revocation when we start to fulfill the contract. We would like to point out that we can make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.

Time of the return shipment

Send the goods back to us within 14 working days.

Vouchers are excluded from exchange.

Notes on the return of goods

The following modalities mentioned in this section are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Please do not send the goods to us freight collect.

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods.

If possible, please return the goods to us in their original packaging and outer packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If the original packaging or outer packaging is no longer in your possession, other suitable packaging should be used to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for compensation due to damage caused by defective packaging.
