Shipping

Shipping locations:

We ship nationally (Germany) and internationally within Europe (EU countries and non-EU countries).

Shipping duration:

Orders within Germany will be delivered within 1-3 business days. Orders to EU countries are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. Orders outside the EU are usually delivered within 5-8 working days.

Shipping costs:

Our standard shipping costs to Germany amount to 4.95 €.

Our standard shipping costs to Austria amount to 5.95 €.

International shipping to EU countries costs 12.95 €.

International shipping to non-EU countries costs 15.65 €.

Exception for the UK: For orders over 135 pounds, high customs fees may apply.

Free shipping from:

Within Germany or Austria, your shipping costs are free of charge for an order value of 60.00 €.

Within Europe (EU countries and non-EU countries), your shipping costs are free of charge for an order value of 150.00 €.

*Please note regarding vouchers: The voucher value is not applied to the shopping cart for free shipping.

Return:

We offer a return of the product within 30 days after receipt of the order.

The registration of your return is done through our returns portal ( https://dr-emi.hive.app/de/). Please use this return label exclusively for returns from Germany and EU countries. You will receive the credit as soon as the return has been received and processed by us.

Return costs via our return label:

In Germany, the return costs are €5.95, in Austria €6.95. For all other EU countries, the return costs amount to €12.95. Customers from NON-EU countries are requested to adequately stamp their shipment themselves. Please note that insurance is recommended, as we cannot assume liability for private shipping.

Notice regarding complaints: Delayed delivery
If the order is delayed and no further information is available or the tracking is not updated, we ask you to contact us. After your contact, you will need to wait 6-10 days for an update, as our shipping partners DPD and DHL require this time to process a complaint.


Defective or missing goods:
If your goods are defective, the package arrives damaged, or parts of the order are missing, we require complete photographic documentation to process your complaint. Please send us the following images:

  • An image of the outer box
  • An image of the shipping label
  • Images of damaged or missing products

These images help us assess the damage and process the complaint as quickly as possible.
