What is the "30-Day Skin Satisfaction Promise"?
The 30-Day Skin Satisfaction Promise is our promise to you: Test a product from our Skincare Collection for 30 days at home - completely risk-free. 30 days after your package arrives, you have a total of 30 days to give your feedback. If you are not satisfied with the result, we will refund you the full purchase price - without return shipping, after filling out a short feedback form.
Why do we offer this guarantee?
Because we are convinced that we make a real difference with science-based skincare - visible, noticeable and skin-friendly. But because every skin is unique, we want to enable you to test a product for 30 days under real conditions - without risk, but with real results.
Which products are covered by the guarantee?
Valid for:
- Individual products from the full-size skincare range (e.g. cleansers, toners, moisturizers, serums)
- Individual decorative cosmetic products (e.g. powder, lip tint)
Not valid for:
- Sets or bundles with different products
- Minis / travel sizes
- Accessories (e.g. tools, bags, brushes)
- Sets with multiple identical products
- Repeat purchases
Who can make a claim under the guarantee?
The test phase applies exclusively to first orders of a full-size product.
What should I bear in mind when using it?
For a refund, it is important that you use the selected product consistently for 30 days without combining it with other skincare products with the same purpose.
Example: If you are testing Barrier Boost, this should be your sole care product over this period - without using any other facial care products at the same time. This is the only way we can provide a fair assessment.
How does the return process work?

- Not convinced? Send us your refund request no later than 30 days after delivery of your order.

Do I have to return the product?
No. We want to avoid deliberate returns.
You can keep the product at the end of the test phase or dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way.
