Shipping locations:
We ship nationally (Germany) and internationally within Europe (EU countries and non-EU countries).
Shipping time:
Orders within Germany are delivered within 1-3 working days. Orders to EU countries are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. Orders outside the EU are usually delivered within 5-8 working days.
Shipping costs:
Our standard shipping costs to Germany are 4,95 €.
Our standard shipping costs to Austria are 5,95 €.
International shipping to EU countries is 12,95 €.
International shipping to non-EU countries is 15,65 €.
Exception for the UK: Orders over 135 pounds may be subject to high customs duties.
Free shipping from:
Within Germany or Austria your shipping costs are free of charge from an order value of € 60.00.
Within Europe (EU countries and non-EU countries) your shipping costs are free of charge from an order value of € 150.00.
*Please note for vouchers: The voucher value is not credited to the shopping cart for free shipping.
Returns:
We offer a return of the product within 30 days of receipt of the order.
You can register your return via our returns portal ( https://dr-emi.hive.app/de/). Please only use this returns label for returns from Germany and EU countries. You will receive a credit note as soon as we have received and processed the return.

Return costs via our return label:
The return cost is €5.95 within Germany, €6.95 in Austria, and €12.95 for other EU countries. Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend insuring your return, as we cannot assume responsibility for items sent via private shipping methods.
Note on complaints: Delayed delivery
If the order is delayed and no further information is available or the shipment tracking is not updated, please contact us. After contacting us, you will have to wait 6-10 days for an update, as our shipping partners DPD and DHL need this time to process a complaint.
Defective or missing goods:
If your goods are defective, the parcel arrives damaged or parts of the order are missing, we require full photographic documentation to process your complaint. Please send us the following pictures:
- A picture of the outer carton
- A picture of the shipping label
- Pictures of the damaged or missing products
These images help us to assess the damage and process the complaint as quickly as possible.
